Takes screenshots of the websites much like Wayback Machine (web.archive.org, 网站时光机), but you can select the location.
Once the screenshot is made, you can "view the HTML", and that gives an Amazon AWS link, and warns that JavaScript and CSS might/will be disabled. The screenshot does not state what the origin URL/data is, so it cannot be used as a proof. But we can Wayback Machine (web.archive.org, 网站时光机) archive it to make sure it remains visible. E.g.:
